✅ When You Can Request a Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement if:
• Your order arrived damaged or defective.
• You received the wrong product.
• A major part or accessory is missing.
• Your order did not arrive after the estimated delivery time.
👉 Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo or video proof.
🚫 When Refunds Are Not Available
We cannot issue a refund or replacement if:
• You ordered the wrong size, color, or item by mistake.
• You simply don’t want the product anymore.
• The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
• The package couldn’t be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
🔄 How to Start a Return or Refund
1. Email us at support@salplay.com with your order number and issue details.
2. Attach photos/videos as proof.
3. Our support team will review your case and get back to you.
4. If approved, you will receive either:
• A full refund to your original payment method, OR
• A replacement product shipped to you at no extra cost.
📦 Return Shipping
• In most cases, products do not need to be returned.
• If a return is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
⏱ Processing Time
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
• Replacement orders are shipped once confirmed.
